My Place Hotel-Midland, TX

The staff was excellent! So personable and friendly. Felt like we knew Lucinda! Our second time to Midland and after our first stay last year at My Place, we choose it again this year and glad we did. The beds are comfortable and the entire place is clean and fresh! We plan to stay here every time we visit Midland. The location is great and the rooms were exceptional clean. Wish more hotels were like My Place!

The location was in walking distance to various places to eat and shop; close to the interstate; Loved walking in the hotel to be greeted by a smiling face at the reception desk and a fresh, clean smell throughout the entire hotel (entrance, rooms and the elevators) and not just on the first day - the ENTIRE time! Extremely clean and everyone was friendly and helpful at all times. Check-in was quick and professionally handled. Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, shower was just the right temperature and cleanliness was number one for this hotel. All was well and would most definitely recommend. Must brag on the large kitchen size refrigerator, plenty of kitchen space, including a microwave and lots of drawer and cabinet space. OVERALL, MY PLACE, GETS AN AWESOME YES, WILL VISIT AGAIN FROM US! THANK YOU, MY PLACE!

My first time hearing about this hotel brand but I went with it because it was very affordable and close to the highway along my route. They had large parking spaces for my truck and I was very happy about that. The outside areas were clean and no trash was anywhere to be seen. The stairways were very clean and carpeted, the building was well ventilated with ac. The overall facility and common areas were very clean and presentable. When I got to the room it was IMMACULATE! the room was soooo clean and fresh, the little office area was great, the lazy boy couch was good, the bathroom faucet looked like it was just installed and very shiny like you would expect in Buckingham palace. I'm not exaggerating. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were in a wall mounted wooden rack which was very neat and appealing. The kitchenette (which was totally unexpected for the price) had a little stove, a full size fridge, mounted microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cupboards and the whole works! I will definitely be looking for this brand of hotel to stay whenever I'm traveling again.

The receptionist was friendly and inviting, The facilities were like new, clean and airy. The room was large and the air conditioner very cold. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay at this or another My Place location in the future.

Great price for a spacious room with all appliances, cozy bed, and good location. Staff was very friendly.
